Last week, the organizers of INBOUND have announced that they will be growing the Studio into a year-long video series on Facebook and YouTube. The first series of The INBOUND Studio will focus on “The Power of Humor,” and will feature Trevor Noah, Tig Notaro, Andy Borowitz, Steve Cody, and Lakshmi Balachandra.

VR goes Vertical: After hosting a successful five-city event tour in 2016, VR Voice, a membership-based media company focused on Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and Mixed Reality, has decided to hold three full-day conferences in 2017, focusing on vertical markets that are using Virtual Reality in innovative ways.  The series was created to fill the void of VR conferences on the East Coast.  The first conference, VR in Healthcare will be held in Washington D.C. on 1 June, and is being organized in partnership with the Milken Institute School of Public Health at George Washington University. Next up will be VR in HigherEd, taking place in Boston on 10 August. Finally, on 12 September, VR in Real Estate and Construction will debut.  For more info on the conferences check out the VR Voice website.
