New Sustainability Summit: Sustainable Brands is a global community of brand innovators “who are shaping the future of commerce worldwide.” They host several conferences around the world for their active community of leaders in business and brand strategy, marketing, sustainability and CSR, communication & PR, and innovation. On 7 – 9 June they will debut a new event, Brand-Led Culture Change, where they will virtually gather thousands of brand leaders to “unpack the critical social, cultural, environmental and business trends that are defining the moment and shaping post-pandemic life.”

Putting the Tech in Texas: Co-located for a second consecutive year, Informa’s IoT World and The AI Summit are picking up from Silicon Valley and heading to Silicon Hills this fall. Running 2-3 November at the Austin Convention Center, the organizers expect to draw the same caliber of senior decision-makers, practitioners, and data scientists in making the move from CA to TX. The group’s other summit locations – including London and New York – remain unchanged in 2022. Want to speak in Austin and have an end user case study to share? The combined Austin programs are accepting submissions now through 5 June.

Speaking Opportunity: On 2 – 3 August in Singapore, the GSMA will host Mobile 360 Asia Pacific. They describe the gathering as “the platform that convenes the tech ecosystem from across Asia-Pacific alongside governments, to define the strategy and policy for next-generation Digital Nations.” The 2022 event will address three key themes: Connectivity/Infrastructure; Innovation; Trust & Privacy. If you have a speaker and topic suggestion that you would like to have included in the programme, submit it via their online form by Thursday 5 May.

Lunchtime Learning: A popular event for many global talent leaders, LinkedIn Talent Connect is planning its 2022 agenda the week of 24 October. More to come there, but for a sense of the type of programming LinkedIn produces and the speakers they invite, check out the sessions from Forward, LinkedIn’s second annual edition of this newer series which was held at the end of March. Panels featured HR leaders from Unilever, Pfizer, Vice Media Group, and Deloitte, sharing insights and best practices on how embracing flexibility, fostering skills development, and creating cultures of belonging can turn disruption into opportunity. Both highlight snippets and the full, hour-long event videos are available to watch for free.

Celebrating 30 years, The IndUS Entrepreneurs (TiE) Silicon Valley – better known as TiEcon – will run 5-7 May as a virtual program geared toward fostering innovation and featuring such tracks as health care, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, and supply chain. Finally, NewSchools Venture Summit will serve as a online gathering for leaders across the education sector when it’s held 4-5 May.
