Quantum Leap (across the pond): On 23 – 24 March 2023, The Economist will be hosting their Commercialising Quantum event for the first time in the US. It will be a hybrid format with one day in San Francisco (23rd March) and the second day will be held virtually “to enable both global participation and in-person networking”. The focus of the event is “to feature a real variety of enterprise perspectives, ranging from those who may be just starting to consider how quantum could fit in their technology roadmap as well as those who have more established plans.” The Economist had such a positive reception to the first quantum event they held in London last year that they decided to take it across the pond.
