It’s your Job: All Things Open Conference (12 – 14 October in Raleigh, NC) has announced that they will be adding a few new attendee benefits to the 2025 event. They plan to host “Jobs Central” which will offer a “dedicated space for those looking for opportunities and those looking for skills and experience, as well as humans onsite to facilitate the interaction and engagement to maximize everyone’s chances at success.” They will also offer free AI training at ATO 2025 to anyone who registers during the June 10 – July 2 Early Bird period. TED Sent a Signal: This week TEDAI San Francisco debuted a new series of intimate, invite-only salons designed to keep the conversation going before and after the main TEDAI SF conference in October. These events, called Signals, have been designed to gather “curious minds, bold thinkers, and industry pioneers to connect, exchange ideas, and shape what’s next.” The first event was co-hosted with IDEO, under the theme: “Human centered design in a machine centered future”. Keep an eye out for future Signals.
Submission Opportunity: MWC25 Las Vegas, in partnership with CTIA will bring together senior IT decision-makers, enterprise CIOs, mobile operators, hyperscalers, and the vendors shaping intelligent infrastructure. The conference, happening this year at the Fountainbleau from 14 – 15 October has opened its call for speakers. They are seeking enterprise IT thought leaders who can “share real-world case studies, insights and playbooks on evolving enterprise networks with 5G-enabled and AI-powered technologies.” If you have a great topic, suggest it here before the 1 July deadline. And remember to make sure your idea is aligned with one of this year’s conference themes: Connected Industries, AI+, or Connected Enablers.
Lunchtime Learning: ViVe, held this past February in Nashville, describes itself as the “go-to event for digital health decision makers looking to maximize ROI and advance the business of healthcare.” Combining the leadership of CHIME and the marketplace of HLTH, ViVe 2025 may have ended – but sessions from the event are available to view here. Choose from sessions across the event’s stages, including talks, fireside chats, and panels on AI in health, cybersecurity, retail, telehealth, and more. Viewers must log in to the HLTH community, though it is free to sign up.
