Learn About Speaker Strategies

Smart Data in the Big Apple: InLinum, which organizes specialized, summits, exhibitions, conferences, face-to-face business meetings, is best known for its events in the automotive sector. But in 2026 they will debut a new conference in New York From 25 – 25 February. The Data Intelligence Summit 2026 will gather leaders, innovators, and experts to explore how organizations can harness the full potential of data in the age of intelligent technologies.  Sessions will cover how to use AI in Data Intelligence; Creating Smart Data Infrastructure & Performance; Analytics That Drive Action; Data Integration & Interoperability and more!

Meeting Moves to Malaysia: The Fortune Innovation Forum, which launched in Hong Kong in 2024, brought together global executives, investors, and policymakers to discuss the state of the global business economy with a focus on Asia. This year’s Fortune Innovation Forum (17 – 18 November) has  relocated from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur.  Why? The state of Johor is poised to overtake Northern Virginia as the world’s largest data centre corridor within the next five years. The anchor partner for this year’s forum is Johor Corporation, the state-owned entity of the Johor state in Malaysia. Singapore and Johor had just formed a partnership to develop a special economic zone, a tech zone, to house the growth of data centres. Fortune believes that the idea of collaboration is well aligned with their goals for the event.

Submission Opportunity:  DeveloperWeek is self described as “the World’s Largest Independent Developer & Engineering Conference + Expo”. Taking place from 18 – 20 February in San Jose, the conference will cover everything from APIs & microservices, to blockchain & web3 to Open source strategy and more. The final deadline to suggest speakers for the 2026 conference is Friday, 17 October 2025. Please ensure that you are suggesting “practitioners & executives from their companies representing a balanced diversity” who have a topic relevant to one of the specific conference tracks. DeveloperWeek uses sessionize for its speaker recruitment which requires submitters to log in here.

Conference Organizers Q&A: Reuters will hold Momentum AI Finance from 17-18 November in New York and explore the theme, “AI That Works: Building Trusted AI Stacks That Scale in Financial Services.” We spoke with Erika Musso, who is Reuters’ Senior Global Project Director for the AI Portfolio, about what makes the event so timely.

Speaker Strategies: Why did you decide to host a Momentum AI event specific to financial services?

Financial services is one of the most advanced sectors in adopting AI, but it also faces some of the highest stakes. Trust, compliance, and explainability are non-negotiable in this industry. We saw a clear need for a forum where leaders could move beyond theory and share how they’re operationalizing AI at scale—while meeting regulatory and governance requirements.

Speaker Strategies: Are you doing anything at this conference that you have not done at a Momentum event previously?

For the first time, we’ve structured the program as a four-act narrative—From Momentum to Mastery—to guide attendees through the full journey of AI adoption, from strategy to execution to future outlook. We’re also introducing the Agentic AI Lab, an interactive showcase where attendees can experience live demos of AI agents in action. Another big addition is our Executive Forum, a private session for 30 C-suite leaders under the Chatham House Rule, designed for truly candid, strategic conversations. Finally, we’ve expanded our Momentum AI Circles, small-group sessions also under the Chatham House Rule, to foster outcome-driven discussions on critical topics like compliance, risk, and human-machine collaboration.

Speaker Strategies: Will the event include sessions that are both on and off the record?

Yes. While our keynotes and panels will be on the record, the Momentum AI Circles and select workshops will follow the Chatham House Rule. We want attendees to have those big, high-impact conversations in the spotlight, but also the chance for more candid, intimate discussions in smaller settings. The goal is simple: everyone should leave with fresh ideas, a bunch of great new relationships, and a clear to-do list for when they’re back at the office.

Speaker Strategies: How did you determine when/where to host the conference?
New York was a natural choice—it’s the global hub for financial services and innovation. Hosting the event in November positions it strategically at the end of the fiscal year, when leaders are reflecting on lessons learned and planning for the year ahead. It’s the perfect moment to align AI strategies with 2026 priorities.

Speaker Strategies: What do you love most about your job?

I love creating spaces where the right conversations happen—where leaders can exchange ideas that actually have an impact. Seeing those connections turn into real-world impact is what makes this work so rewarding. When someone tells me a conversation at one of our events sparked a new partnership or changed their strategy, that’s when I know we’ve done something meaningful.
