Learn About Speaker Strategies

All Things AI: Last year, the team behind All Things Open Conference launched All Things Open AI, “an AI practitioners and users community and conference focused on technologies, processes, and people.” Unfortunately, there is a fairly well-known company called OpenAI and the name of the event sparked some confusion. Therefore, the group has rebranded as All Things AI with a new website. The conference will be held 23 -24 March in Raleigh-Durham, NC.

Investing in Finance: WSJ will be hosting a new conference in 2026 focused exclusively on global finance. Invest Live will on 2 – 3 February in West Palm Beach, FL. According to the organizers, the conference will “go beyond the headlines with unscripted conversations that tackle market volatility, dealmaking and how Wall Street is adapting to the Trump economic agenda.” Attendance is by-invitation-only for investors, asset managers and financial executives.

Submission Opportunity: The IABC World Conference 2026, the flagship event for communication professionals worldwide, will take place 14–16 June 2026 in Toronto, Canada. IABC is now seeking speakers for the event, which will focus on the evolving role of the communicator. As they put it… “In a world shaped by constant disruption and rapid shifts in technology and ethics, how do we stay smart and adapt?” The conference team is looking for comms leaders who are willing to share their insights, experiences, and best practices based on the following questions:  How do we stay agile in the face of constant disruption?; How do we balance business savvy with ethical responsibility?; How do we lead through change and innovation?  If you have a topic and speaker idea to share, submit here before the 7 November deadline.

Lunchtime Learning:  U.S. News & World Report gathered government officials, health policy experts and other healthcare leaders in February of this year, to examine how the health industry is preparing for the future. They considered policy issues, the aging population, technology innovations, and how to make high-quality care accessible to all. Hear leaders from the Patrick J. McGovern Foundation, athenahealth, and the School of Medicine, University of Virginia discuss how AI is transforming Healthcare; Also, decision makers at Sanofi, SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and the Center for Health and Welfare Policy at the Heritage Foundation debate how best to build the future of healthcare.
